Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům v obci Boleboř v Krušných horách. Stavba měla splňovat nároky pro bydlení 4 - členné rodiny na venkově. Místem pro budoucí stavbu byl pozemek na jihovýchodním svahu s výhledem do okolí. Hlavní ideou se staly typické znaky venkovských domů - obdélný půdorys, sedlová střecha, jednoduché tvary, dále respektování vrstevnic a celkové umístění domu na parcele. Vznikla tak stavba, která respektuje místní architekturu, ale zároveň do ní vnáší nové prvky. Stavba je členěna na dva objekty, a to hlavní obytnou část se sedlovou střechou a technickou část - garáž se zelenou střechou. Tyto dva objekty spojuje zastřešený prostor, který zároveň tvoří průchod do zahrady. Obytná část má jedno nadzemní, jedno podzemní podlaží a podkroví. Díky svažitému terénu vzniklo částečně zapuštěné spodní podlaží, ze kterého je přístup do obytné zahrady. Dispozičně je dům řešen co nejjednodušeji s jasnou funkcí prostor, dominantou je obytný prostor s krbem a letní kuchyně. Fasáda domu byla navržena v přírodních materiálech v podobě modřínového a kamenného obkladu. Výrazným prvkem objektu jsou velká prosklená okna, poskytující příjemný výhled na hory a okolí s možností vstupu na zahradu. Venkovský vzhled domu je podtržen dřevěnými okenicemi a garáží s velkými vraty, která připomíná stodolu. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je rodinný dům, který splňuje nároky současného bydlení a zároveň si uchovává střídmý vzhled typický pro venkov. Svým hmotovým a barevným pojetím respektuje jak krušnohorskou zástavbu, tak okolní přírodu.

By entering the work was to design a family house in the Boleboř village in Krušné hory. The building should meet demands for housing 4 - member family in the countryside. Place for the future construction of the land was on the south-eastern slope with views of the surroundings. The main idea became the typical characteristics of rural home - a rectangular floor plan, gable roof, simple shapes, further respecting the contour lines and the overall location of the house on the lot. So arised structure that respects the local architecture, but at the same time it introduces new elements. The construction is divided into two objects, and that the main residential part with a gable roof and the technical part - a garage with a green roof. These two objects it connects a roofed area, which also forms the passage to the garden. The residential part has one aboveground floor, one underground floor and the attic. through steep terrain was created partially recessed bottom floor, from which there is access to the residential garden. Its layout is solved as simple as possible with clear features space, the landmark is a living space with fireplace and summer kitchen. Facade of the house has been designed in natural materials in the form of larch and stone cladding. A strong element of the object are large glazed windows providing pleasant views of the mountains and the surrounding area with the option of entering the garden. The rural appearance of the house is underlined by wooden shutters and a garage with big gate, which resembles a barn. The result of the bachelor thesis is a family house, which meets the demands of the current housing and at the same time, keeps a sober appearance typical of the countryside. By its mass and colour concepts respects fabric of Krušné hory and the surrounding nature too.
