Výměna střešního pláště ve variantách

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout nejvhodnější variantu výměny střešního pláště panelového domu nacházejícího se na adrese Bernolákova 1166/5, Praha 4 - Krč, 142 00. Teoretická část bakalářská práce je zaměřena na používané typy střech v období 70. a 80. let na panelových objektech, možnosti jejich oprav a dnešní varianty střech. V další části práce je řešena problematika střechy daného objektu. Problematika byla řešena pomocí obecných výhod a nevýhod daných skladeb střešního pláště a jejich následnou kalkulací. Kalkulace jsou zaměřeny na všeobecné náklady za materiál a náklady na údržbu. Výhody a nevýhody jsou zaměřené na problematiku provádění daných technologií a životností materiálů v navrhovaných skladbách. Závěr práce je věnován srovnání variant z hlediska nákladů (ceny), životnosti a náročnosti realizace jednotlivých variant výměny střešního pláště. Výsledky tak umožňují snadný a efektivní výběr.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to proposed the best option exchanges of the roof cladding on panel house located at Bernolákova 1166/5, Prague 4 - Krc, 142 00th. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the types of roofs used during the 70s and 80s to the prefab buildings, the possibility of theirs repairs and current variations of roofs. The second part of the thesis solveing issues of the roof on the building. The issue was solved by using the general advantages and disadvantages of the structures and their subsequent calculations. Calculations are focused on the general costs for materials and maintenance costs. Advantages and disadvantages are focused on problems of the technologies and the life spawn of the proposed materials on the proposed structures. The conclusion of work is devoted to the comparison of options and terms of costs (prices), durability and performance of the implementation of the various options for exchange of roof deck. Results of this work will allow easy and effective choice.
