Stanovení podkladů a souboru činností nutných vypracovat či změnit na stávajícím fiktivním objektu k získání certifikace budovy dle BREEAM In-Use International 2015

Abstract

V práci je zobrazen možný postup projektového týmu pro získání certifikace administrativní budovy dle BREEAM In-Use International tak, aby za co nejmenší finanční náklady budova obdržela co nejlepší hodnocení. Práce se zabývá především částí Asset Performance. Srovnává mezi sebou jednotlivé dílčí kreditové položky a stanovuje poměr jejich podílu na konečném výsledku certifikace vůči vynaloženým finančním nákladům za položku. Vzorová budova je situována v Praze. Cílem práce je stanovení tří vzorových možností jak objekt certifikovat s výsledkem GOOD a dalších tří vzorových možností jak certifikovat s výsledkem VERY GOOD. Tyto výsledky jsou mezi sebou srovnány z hlediska časových i finančních nákladů.

The present thesis shows the possible procedure of the project team to get the administrative building certificate of the Breeam In-Use International in that way to receive the better rating with the lowest financial costs. Mainly the present paper deals with the Asset Performance part. It compares between each other the individual partial credit items and determine the ratio of their share of the final outcome of the certification incurred financial costs per item. The model building is located in Prague. The goal of the thesis is to determine three exemplary ways how to certify the object with the Good result and the rest three exemplary ways to certificate with the Very Good result. These results are compared with each other in terms of time and financial costs.
