Porovnání systému výcviku pilotů kluzáku

Abstract

Cieľom tejto je priblížiť čitateľovi podmienky pre získanie preukazu spôsobilosti pilota klzákov a porovnanie výcviku v ČR s výcvikmi v iných krajinách. Na základe prijatia Nariadenia Komisie EU č. 1178/2011 sa menia podmienky pre získanie preukazu spôsobilosti pilota klzákov, a preto je v práci navrhnutá osnova, podľa ktorej by sa výcvik mohol vykonávať. Práca obsahuje tiež zmeny, ktoré musí spĺňať nová ATO podľa Nariadenia Komisie (EU) č. 290/2012. V prvej kapitole sú vysvetlené jednotlivé pojmy, s ktorými sa čitateľ môže stretnúť v práci. Ďaľšie dve kapitoly sa venujú samotnému výcviku na území ČR. Je tu podrobne priblížená osnova na základe ktorej prebieha výcvik. Venuje sa tiež podmienkam, pre vydanie preukazu spôsobilosti pilota klzáku a preukazu spôsobilosti SPL a LAPL(S) podľa nových podmienok ktoré vychádzajú z prijatého nového nariadenia. Štvrtá kapitola popisuje ako sa uskutočňuje výcvik pilotov klzákov a rovnako podmienky pre získanie preukazu v porovnávaných krajinách. Posledné dve kapitoly sa venujú úprave osnovy po zmenách v legislatíve a návrhu ATO.

The goal of this thesis is to introduce the reader to requirements for obtaining a glider pilot license and comparison of training in the Czech Republic with training in other countries. Following the adoption of EU Commission regulation no.1178/2011 conditions change to obtain a glider pilot license, and therefore the thesis proposed curriculum, according to which the training could be carried out. The paper also includes changes, which must be met according to new ATO following the EU Commission regulation no. 290/2012. In the first chapter there are defined individual terms, which the reader can encounter throughout the thesis. Following two chapters are dedicated to training in Czech Republic. The curriculum serving as grounds for training itself is described in detail. It also deals with conditions for issuing the glider license pilot and the SPL and LAPL (S) licenses according to the new conditions which are based on adopting the new regulation. The fourth chapter describes the realization of glider pilot training and also the conditions for obtaining such a license in the compared countries. Last two chapters deal with adjustments of the curriculum after the changes in legislation and ATO proposal.
