Analýza automatizovaného odbavení cestujících

Abstract

Obsahem této práce je přiblížení problematiky výběru automatizovaného a personifikovaného odbavení cestujících z pohledu letecké společnosti. V diplomové práci se zabývám historickým vývojem samotného odbavení od počátků až po moderní technologie a vývojem leteckých dokumentů (např. palubní vstupenka, letenka.) Dále v práci porovnávám způsoby odbavení pomocí tří analýz. SWOT analýza, nákladová analýza a multikriteriální analýza automatizované a personifikované odbavení cestujících kterými se snažím vyjádřit jaká kombinace odbavení je pro danou leteckou společnost nejvýhodnější z hlediska ekonomiky, provozu, efektivnosti a samotné politiky společnosti

The content of this work is to approach the problems of choice and personified automated passenger clearance from the perspective of the airline.
