Studie napjatosti zlomeniny tibie se sponou z materiálu s tvarovou pamětí

Abstract

Při dopravních nehodách dochází často ke komplikovaným zlomeninám, které se léčí pomocí vnitřní osteosyntézy. Vzhledem k vlastnostem materiálů s tvarovou pamětí lze předpokládat, že aplikace osteosyntetické spony vyrobené z těchto materiálů, bude mít příznivý vliv na srůstání kostí. Cílem této práce je provést studii napjatosti zlomeniny tibie se sponou z materiálu s tvarovou pamětí. V práci je popsáno užití vnitřní osteosyntézy k léčbě zlomenin. Dále se podrobně zabývá materiály s tvarovou pamětí, jejich aplikací v medicíně a biokompatibilitou implantátů ze slitiny niklu a titanu. Na závěr je popsáno sestavení geometrického a numerického modelu zlomeniny tibie a spony. K tomuto účelu je využit program ANSYS Workbench 15.0, ve kterém je možné simulovat superelastické a tvarově paměťové chování materiálu, ze kterého je spona vytvořena.

Traffic accidents often lead to complicated fractures, which are cured by internal osteosynthesis. According to characteristics of shape memory materials it can be assumed that application of an osteosynthetic clamp made from these materials, will have a positive effect on healing of the bone. The goal of this thesis is to perform a study about stress of fractured tibia with a clamp made from shape memory materials. The application of internal osteosynthesis for healing fractures is also described in the thesis. Furthermore the shape memory materials, its application in medicine and biocompatible materials made from alloy of nickel and titan are discussed in more detail. In the end there is described the process of assembling the geometrical and numerical model of the fractured tibia and of the clamp. Software ANSYS Workbench 15.0 is used for these purposes, because it is capable of simulating behavior of superelastic and shape memory materials, from which the clamp is made.
