Návrh řešení ke zvýšení tvrdosti odlitku bloku motoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na navržení takových opatření, která by vedla ke zvýšení tvrdosti odlitků bloků motorů ve slévárně hliníku ŠKODA AUTO v Mladé Boleslavi. Řešení spočívá v analýze navrhovaných opatření a následné aplikaci do praxe sériové výroby a porovnání výsledků s teoretickými znalostmi. V úvodu teoretické části je popsána inovace a vývoj konstrukce motorů, kterých jsou odlitky bloků součástí. Konkrétně se jedná o popsání téma downsizingu a dalších technologií zabývajících se snižováním hmotností jednotlivých částí automobilu. Dále je v diplomové práci popsán provoz tlakové slévárny, celkový výrobní proces a materiál, ze kterého jsou odlitky vyráběny. Experimentální část obsahuje návrhy řešení problému s tvrdostí odlitků. Jednotlivé návrhy opatření jsou postupně realizovány v praxi sériové výroby. V kapitolách jsou tyto realizace detailně popsány, zdokumentovány a zapsány naměřené hodnoty tvrdosti po provedených zkouškách. V závěru práce jsou pak všechna navržená opatření vyhodnocena.

This diploma thesis focuses on suggesting of such measures that could lead to the increase of the temper of the engine cast in the aluminum foundry of SKODA AUTO in Mlada Boleslav. The solving lies in the analysis of suggested measures followed by their application into the practice of serial production and comparing of the results with theoretical knowledge. In the introduction to the theoretical part the innovation and development of the engine construction is described, to which belong also the engine casts. Specifically covers the description the topic of downsizing and other technologies focusing on reduction of the weight of individual car parts. Further is in the diploma thesis described the operation of a pressure foundry, the production process as a whole and the material, from which the casts are produced. The experimental part contains the suggestions for solving the problem with the temper of the casts. Individual suggested measures are one after another carried out in the practice of serial production. In the individual chapters these measures are described in detail, the measured temper values are documented and recorded after the tests were performed. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis all of the suggested measures are evaluated.
