Projekt automatizace sdruženého pracoviště montáže statoru

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou automatizace a mechanizace montážního systému. V první části práce je zpracována literární rešerše z oblasti montáže, automatizace, robotizace a metodiky MTM-2.V navazující praktické části se zaměřuji na analýzu současného stavu montáže ve společnosti PMP PAL International s.r.o.. Dále se pak zabývám návrhem nového řešení montáže s využitím lepícího karuselu v několika variantách. V poslední části porovnávám navržené varianty. Na závěr zhodnocuji přínos nových řešení montáže a porovnávám je s cíli určenými v úvodu práce.

This thesis deals with the automation and mechanization of mounting system. The first part of this work compiles literature review in assembly, automation, robotics and methodologies MTM-2. In the following practical part I focus on the analysis of current assembly process in PMP PAL International Ltd.. I then propose a new solution in dealing with the mounting using adhesive carousel in several different variations. In the last part I compare the proposed options, In conclusion, I evaluate the benefits of the new mounting solutions and compare them with the objectives set out in the introduction.
