Vlastní zaměstnanci versus outsourcing v zajištění ICT služeb

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o výhodnosti zajištění vybraných služeb z oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií vlastními zaměstnanci oproti outsourcingu externími subjekty. V práci je popsán stav outsourcingu v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií a jaké jsou jeho důvody, výhody, nevýhody a rizika. Výsledkem praktické části je posouzení, kdy je daná z variant výhodnější u jednotlivých služeb a jaké to má implikace pro samotné poskytovatele outsourcingu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the favorableness of providing selected services in the area of information and communication technologies by its own employees versus outsourcing by external entities. The work describes the state of outsourcing in the area of information and communication technologies and what are the reasons, advantages, disadvantages and risks of outsourcing. The result of the practical section is an assessment, which of the option is more favorable for individual services and what are the implications for outsourcing providers themselves.
