Vliv nových trendů na regulaci napětí v distribuční síti

Abstract

Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáři problematiku regulace napětí v distribuční síti. Konkrétně se jedná o VN síť společnosti PREdistribuce a. s., ale většina zde uvedených skutečností a závěrů je obecně platná pro jakoukoliv "městskou" distribuční soustavu (převážně kabelová síť, složená z velkého množství relativně krátkých úseků). Za tímto účelem nejprve obecně popisuji elektrizační soustavu jako celek, kritéria přenosu elektrické energie, důvody a způsoby regulace napětí. Poté se zaměřuji na konkrétní možnost regulace napětí pomocí automatických regulátorů určených k přepínání odboček výkonových transformátorů VVN/VN. Popisuji možnosti těchto zařízení a analyzuji současné způsoby jejich využití v PREdi. Následně se zaměřuji na teorii týkající se parametrů těchto transformátorů, která je nezbytná pro vytvoření SW modelu regulátoru. Ten využívám k ověření dopadů nových vlivů (rozvoj obnovitelných zdrojů energie a elektromobility) a posouzení, zda změna v koncepci využívání regulátorů může mít pozitivní dopady na jejich zmírnění.

The aim of this thesis is to give insight into the subject of regulating voltage in the distribution network. To use actual data I describe the high voltage network belonging to the PREdistribuce a. s. company but most of the facts are true for any distribution network. First I describe the power system on a general level, the criteria for transferring electricity, the reasons for regulating the voltage and the ways to do so. Further I focus on a possible way of regulating the voltage by using automatic regulators, which are designed to switch the high voltage/very high voltage power transformer using tap changers. I describe the options of such devices and analyze the ways they are utilized in the PREdistribuce a. s. company. Subsequently I focus on theory concerning the transformer parameters, which is necessary for creating a software regulator model. The model is used for verifying the impacts of new trends (e.g. renewable energy sources and electromobility) and for assessing whether the change of conception in using regulators can have a positive influence on softening the impact of new trends.
