Model krizového řízení stavebních projektů

Abstract

Cílem disertační práce je návrh modelu krizového řízení stavebních projektů a jeho zařazení do standardních procedur řízení stavebního podniku. Vytváření modelu je založeno na analýze procesů projektového řízení ve stavebních firmách, teoretických metodách krizového řízení a zobecnění úspěšných praktických postupů krizového řízení ve významnýchstavebních projektech. Za účelem potvrzení hypotéz a zlepšení existujících metod krizového řízení stavebních projektů v českých stavebních firmách byl proveden průzkum, který odhalil nedostatky v některých nástrojích a metodách krizového řízení. Řešení problematických témat tohoto průzkumu je zahrnuto do návrhu výsledného modelu.

Thesis´ goal is the proposal of crisis management model for the construction projects and its inclusion in the corporate management. The modeling is based on the analysis of project construction management, theoretical methods of crisis management and best practice crisis management in the construction projects. There was a survey in the Czech construction companies realized to find weaknesses in certain instruments and methods of crisis management and to confirm formulated hypotheses. Solution for the problematic issues based upon the conclusions of the survey is included in design of the model.
