Analýza vlivu pěší dopravy na kapacitu křižovatky

Abstract

Předložená práce analyzuje vliv pěší dopravy na kapacitu úrovňových křižovatek v České republice. Snahou autora je poskytnout souhrnný přehled o vlivu chodců na kapacitu všech druhů úrovňových křižovatek s důrazem na křižovatky okružní a světelně řízené.V úvodních kapitolách práce je popsán stav analyzované problematiky v ČR a v zahraničí. Jsou zde představeny metodiky zohledňující různé přístupy ke stanovení vlivu chodců na kapacitu křižovatek spolu s komentářem autora o možném použití těchto metodik v ČR. Základní literaturou pro analýzu stávajícího poznání byly platné Technické podmínky a České technické normy, ze zahraničí potom německá příručka Handbuch für die Bemessung von Strassenverkehrsanlagen, vydání 2009 a americký Highway Capacity Manual 2010.Těžiště práce tvoří kapitoly dokumentující provedené dopravní průzkumy na okružních

The presented thesis analyzes the impact of pedestrian traffic on the intersection capacity in the Czech Republic. Author provides an overview of the impact of pedestrians on the capacity of all types of intersections, with emphasis on roundabouts and signalized intersections.In the opening chapters of the thesis, the state of the analyzed issue in the Czech Republic and abroad is described. It presents the methodologies according to the different approaches to determine the effect of pedestrians on the intersection capacity along with author's commentary on for their potential use in the Czech Republic. The basic literature for analysis of the existing knowledge was Technical terms and Czech technical standards, from abroad then the German guide Handbuch für die Bemessung von Strassenverkehrsanlagen, 2009 edition and U.S. Highway Capacity Manual, 2010 edition.Focus of the thesis consists of chapters documenting the traffic surveys carried out on the roundabouts and signal-controlled intersections in the Czech Republic, their evaluation and obtained dependence of the monitored characteristics. Based on analysis of collected data, a methodology assessing the impact of pedestrians on its capacity for traffic conditions in the Czech Republic for each type of monitored intersection was suggested. In some cases it was possible to compare the newly proposed methodology with the existing one.Lastly, the final chapter shows the result of this thesis along with an overview of the proposed methodologies, a summary of the acquired knowledge and recommendations for practice. The thesis is followed by attachments that document the characteristics evaluated for each monitored intersection.
