Projektové řízení rizik: řízení rizik na projektu ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá managementem rizik. Cílem práce je vytvoření plánu řízení rizik pro stavební projekt výstavbu sportovní haly v Humpolci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které souvisejí s projektovým managementem, a především s managementem rizik. Následně je detailně popsán proces managementu rizik. Teoretická část slouží jako návod pro zpracování plánu řízení rizik v praktické části. V praktické části práce jsou metody řízení rizik aplikovány na konkrétní stavební projekt. Součástí je identifikace rizik, jejich následná analýza a hodnocení a následný návrh opatření k jejich ošetření. na základě výstupů z těchto fází byl vytvořen komplexní plán řízení rizik pro daný projekt. Součástí plánu řízení rizik je seznam rizik s vysokým a středním významem, výsledky jejich analýzy, návrh na ošetření, spouštěč a vlastník rizika. Zahrnut je také seznam akceptovatelných rizik

This bachelor's thesis deals with risk management. The aim of the thesis is to create a risk management plan for a construction project the construction of a sports hall in Humpolec. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to project management and, in particular, to risk management. The risk management process is then described in detail. The theoretical part serves as a guideline for the preparation of the risk management plan in the practical part. In the practical part of the thesis, risk management methods are applied to a specific construction project. i t includes the identification of risks, their subsequent analysis and assessment, followed by the proposal of appropriate risk responses. Based on the outcomes of these phases, a comprehensive risk management plan for the project has been developed. The risk management plan includes a list of risks with high and medium significance, the results of their analysis, proposed treatments, triggers, and risk owners. a list of acceptable risks is also included.
