Obytný dům Beroun Pískovna

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracování dokumentace pro stavební povolení terasovitého obytného domu v Berouně. Součástí tohoto projektu je konstrukční a materiálové řešení stavby. Budova má 4 nadzemní podlaží a suterén. V místě ustoupení každého dalšího nadzemního podlaží vznikne terasa. Čtvrté nadzemní podlaží je zastřešeno plochou střechou, která je navržena jako nepochozí.

The subject of this bachelor thesis was the preparation of documentation for the building permit of a terraced residential building in Beroun. This project includes the structural and material design of the building. The building has 4 floors and a basement. A terrace will be created in the place of retreat of each additional storey. The fourth storey is covered with a flat roof, which is designed as a non-walkable roof.
