Návrh lineární fokusované UV lampy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem lineární fokusované UV lampy. V úvodu je vysvětlena důležitost UV záření v nedestruktivním zkoušení materiálů a jeho specifické požadavky. Zároveň je zde popsána motivace vývoje lampy. Následující kapitola zasvěcuje do metod nedestruktivního testování, představuje typy UV lamp a chladičů. Návrhová část práce se v prvé řadě věnuje teoretickému výpočtu pasivních žebrovaných chladičů a dále konstrukčním návrhům všech součástí lineární fokusované UV lampy. Výstupem práce je 3D model a výrobní výkresová dokumentace lineární fokusované UV lampy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of a linear focused UV lamp. In the introduction, the importance of UV in non-destructive testing and what it must meet is explained. At the same time, the motivation for the development of the lamp is described. The following chapter introduces the non-destructive testing methods, presents the types of UV lamps and heat sinks. The design part of the thesis is primarily devoted to the theoretical calculation of passive finned heat sinks and then to the structural design of all components of a linear focused UV lamp. The output of the thesis is a 3D model and manufacturing drawings of the linear focused UV lamp.
