Návrh bytového domu ve Veselí nad Lužnicí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytových domů se zaměřením na stavební fyziku. První část této práce se zabývá stručným popisem navrhovaných objektů a návrhem konstrukčního řešení. Druhá část práce je zaměřená na stavební fyziku. V rámci tepelné techniky byly posouzeny skladby na pasivní standarty. V akustice se provedlo posouzení vzduchové a kročejové neprůzvučnosti. Ve světelné technice se posoudilo proslunění a denní světlo. Hlavním cílem této práce je navržení daných staveb v souladu s předepsanými normami.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of apartment buildings with a focus on building physics. The first part of this thesis deals with a brief description of the proposed buildings, the design of the structural solution. The second part of the work is focused on building physics. In the field of thermal engineering, the structures were assessed for passive standards. In acoustics, the assessment of air and impact sound insulation was carried out. In the field of lighting, the assessment of sunlight and daylight was carried out. The main goal of this work is to design the given buildings in accordance with the prescribed standards.
