Stavebně technologický projekt Bytový dům U Pivovaru, Benešov

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stavebně technologický projekt bytového domu Benešov u Prahy, U Pivovaru. Cílem je posouzení a kontrola výchozí projektové dokumentace, včetně návrhu možných úprav nedostatků. Dále se věnuji řešení výstavby objektu z hlediska prostorové, časové a technologické struktury. Následuje návrh výkonnosti stavební mechanizace, návrh zařízení staveniště a dopravních cest. V závěru jsou podrobně popsány technologické postupy dvou stavebních procesů. Práce je završena doprovodnou technickou zprávou s komentářem celkového řešení.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the building technology project of the apartment house Benešov u Prahy, U Pivovaru. The aim is to assess and check the initial project documentation, including the proposal of possible modifications of deficiencies. Furthermore, I focus on the solution of the construction of the building in terms of spatial, temporal and technological structure. This is followed by the design of the performance of the construction machinery, the design of the site equipment and transport routes. Finally, the technological procedures of the two construction processes are described in detail. The work is completed by an accompanying technical report with a commentary on the overall solution.
