Integrace programů Microsoft 365 v malém podniku

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je integrace programů Microsoft 365 v malém podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrh intranetu ve společnosti S-TOOLS s.r.o. a následně analyzovat jeho přínos pro podnik. Teoretická část se věnuje významu interní komunikace a roli podnikového intranetu. Dále se zabývá podnikovými procesy, jejich digitalizací a automatizací a přibližuje společnost Microsoft spolu s jejími aplikacemi a funkcemi, které podporují podnikové procesy. V praktické části je dotazníkové šetření analyzující současný stav interní komunikace a používané nástroje. Na základě této analýzy je vytvořen návrh intranetu v prostředí SharePointu, který je testován zaměstnanci. Přínos intranetu je vyhodnocen na základě výsledků ze závěrečného dotazníku po jeho testování.

The topic of this bachelors thesis is the integration of Microsoft 365 programs in a small business. The aim of the thesis is to develop a proposal for an intranet in the company S-TOOLS s.r.o. and subsequently analyze its benefits for the business. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of internal communication and the role of corporate intranets. It also deals with business processes, their digitization and automation, and introduces Microsoft as a company along with its applications and features that support business processes. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey analyzing the current state of internal communication and the tools being used. Based on this analysis, an intranet design in the SharePoint environment is created and tested by employees. The benefits of the intranet are evaluated based on the results of a final questionnaire conducted after the testing phase.
