Urbanistická studie rozvojové plochy Praha - Dolní Počernice jih

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zpracování urbanistické studie v lokalitě Praha - Dolní Počernice. Předdiplomový projekt se věnuje analýze oblasti a návrhu komplexního urbanistického řešení území. V diplomovém projektu je blíže řešeno hlavní veřejné prostranství navržené struktury a tomuto prostoru přilehlé budovy. Řešené území se nachází na dvou katastrálních území, a to Dolní Počernice a Dubeč. Obě katastrální území jsou součástí hlavního města Prahy. Jedná se o nezastavěnou oblast podél ulice Českobrodská, která je v současnosti nevyužitá. Celá oblast přímo navazuje na zastavěnou jižní část Dolních Počernic. Cílem předdiplomového návrhu bylo vytvořit zástavbu bytových domů s příslušnou občanskou vybaveností na území Dolní Počernice-jih a zároveň navázat a zastavět území Dubče podél komunikace Štěrboholské spojky. Diplomová část podrobně navrhuje veřejné prostranství podél komunikaci Českobrodská. Dále jsou podrobněji řešeny objekty a navržená zeleň, které definují veřejný prostor.

The topic of the thesis is the development of an urban study in the area of Prague - Dolní Počernice. The pre-diploma project focuses on the analysis of the area and the proposal of a comprehensive urban design for the site. The diploma project further addresses the main public space within the proposed structures and the adjacent buildings. The area under consideration spans two cadastral territories: Dolní Počernice and Dubeč. Both cadastral areas are part of the capital city of Prague. It is an undeveloped area along Českobrodská Street, currently unused. The entire area directly connects to the developed southern part of Dolní Počernice. The pupose of the pre-diploma proposal was to create residential buildings with corresponding civic amenities in the Dolní Počernice South area and simultaneously extend and develop the Dubeč area along the Štěrboholská spojka. The thesis section specifically proposes the public space along Českobrodská Street. Additionally, the buildings and the proposed greenery, which define the public space, are discussed in more detail.
