Urbanisticko-krajinářská studie vinice La Roblería, Vinařství Ventisquero, Chile

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování urbanisticko-krajinářské studie pro území vinice La Roblería, nacházející se přibližně 160 km jižně od Santiaga de Chile. Cílem bylo vytvořit návrh, který komplexně propojí zemědělské využití území s rozvojem turistické infrastruktury, a přitom respektuje specifický charakter krajiny. Práce je členěna do pěti hlavních částí: analýzy území a jeho současného stavu, hodnocení krajinného rázu, návrhu koncepce krajinného řešení, krajinářsko-architektonického návrhu a technické části návrhu. Zásadním výchozím bodem návrhu bylo posouzení krajinného rázu území, které se nachází v údolí obklopeném výrazným horským reliéfem, jenž ovlivňuje vnímání krajiny i samotný návrhový proces. Výsledný návrh integruje funkční a prostorové uspořádání areálu vinice s prvky zaměřenými na veřejnost a cestovní ruch. Navržené objekty a programy včetně výrobního zázemí (bodega), degustačního sálu, obchodu, restaurace, naučné stezky a ubytování jsou navrženy s ohledem na stávající provoz vinice a návaznosti v území. Součástí řešení je rovněž návrh nových turistických tras a systém propojení jednotlivých funkčních celků v rámci vinice.

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of an urban-landscape study for the area of La Roblería vineyard, located approximately 160 km south of Santiago de Chile. The aim was to create a proposal that comprehensively integrates the agricultural use of the area with the development of tourist infrastructure, while respecting the specific character of the landscape. The work is divided into five main parts: an analysis of the area and its current state, a landscape assessment, a landscape design concept, a landscape architectural design and a technical design part. The fundamental starting point of the design was the assessment of the landscape character of the area, which is located in a valley surrounded by a distinctive mountain relief that influences the perception of the landscape and the design process itself. The resulting design integrates the functional and spatial layout of the vineyard site with elements aimed at the public and tourism. The proposed facilities and programmes - including the production facilities (bodega), tasting room, shop, restaurant, nature trail and accommodation - are designed to take into account the existing vineyard operations and the continuities in the area. The solution also includes the design of new tourist routes and a system of interconnections between the various functional units within the vineyard.
