Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je území nacházející se v městské části Střekov v Ústí nad Labem, krajském městě Ústeckého kraje. Návrh navazuje na předdiplomní projekt prezentovaný v první části tohoto portfolia. Druhá část se věnuje detailnímu zpracování vybrané části předdiplomového projektu, jeho další rozvoj a upřesnění formou architektonické studie konkrétního objektu. Součástí jsou také technické části návrhu. V předdiplomní části je řešena územní studie celé lokality, která citlivě upravuje a doplňuje stávající zástavbu, transformuje rozsáhlý areál Setuzy a nabízí ucelený koncept proměny značné části městské části Střekov. Diplomová část se zaměřuje především na, v současnosti problematické, území v okolí krajského soudu, přetváří dopravní strukturu neexistující hlavní třídy a transformuje menší výrobní areál v dané lokalitě.

The topic of this diploma thesis is an area located in the Střekov district of Ústí nad Labem, the regional capital of the Ústí Region. The design builds upon the pre-diploma project presented in the first part of this portfolio. The second part focuses on the detailed development of a selected section of the pre-diploma project, further elaborating and refining it in the form of an architectural study of a specific building. Technical components of the design are also included. The pre-diploma section addresses an urban study of the entire locality, sensitively modifying and complementing the existing development, transforming the extensive Setuza industrial site, and proposing a comprehensive concept for the transformation of a significant portion of the Střekov district. The diploma section primarily focuses on the currently problematic area around the regional court, redesigning the traffic structure of a non-existent main avenue and transforming a smaller industrial site in the area.
