Studie proveditelnosti investice v podniku Calamarus s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studií proveditelnosti investice ve společnosti Calamarus, s.r.o. Cílem práce je posoudit ekonomickou realizovatelnost na základě analýzy nákladů, přínosů a návratnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány konkrétní body, které studie proveditelnosti obsahuje. Praktická část se pak zaměřuje na mnou vybranou společnost, ve které analyzuji současnou situaci a navrženou investici. Výsledky analýzy ukazují, že je investice výhodná jak ekonomicky tak technologicky, přičemž návratnost je dosažena v přijatelném časovém horizontu. Na základě těchto zjištění je doporučeno investici realizovat.

This bachelor thesis deals with feasibility study of an investment in the company Calamarus, s.r.o. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the economic feasibility based on the analysis of costs, benefits, and return of investment. The theoretical part describes the specific points that a feasibility study includes. The practical part focuses on the company I have chosen, where I analyze the current situation and the proposed investment. The results of the analysis show that the investment is beneficial both economically and technologically, with the return on investment achieved in an acceptable time frame. Based on these finding, it is recommended to carry out the investment.
