Administrativní budova

Abstract

Hlavním předmětem této práce diplomové práce je návrh administrativní budovy. Diplomová práce obsahuje úvod, technickou zprávu, statický výpočet, výkresovou část včetně vybraných detailů a přílohy. Administrativní budova má jedno podzemní podlaží a dvě nadzemní podlaží. Podlaží podzemní je ze železobetonu a zbývající konstrukce je řešena jako dřevostavba. Návrh dřevěných prvků je hlavním tématem této práce. Technická zpráva obsahuje podrobný popis budovy a zásady při realizaci. Statický výpočet obsahuje výpočet zatížení, vnitřních sil na konstrukci, návrh jednotlivých nosných prvků. Výkresová část obsahuje základní stavební výkresy a detaily. V přílohách je obsaženo tepelně technické posouzení skladeb na konstrukci včetně šíření vodní páry, návrh založení stavby, výpočet a posouzení střešní příhradové konstrukce včetně návrhu spojovacích prvků a katalogy použitých materiálů od výrobců.

The primary subject of this diploma thesis is the design of an administrative building. The thesis consists of an introduction, a technical report, a structural analysis, a set of drawings including selected details, and appendices. The administrative building comprises one underground floor and two above-ground floors. The underground floor is made of reinforced concrete, while the remaining structure is designed as a timber construction. The design of timber elements is the main focus of this thesis. The technical report provides a detailed description of the building and the principles to be followed during construction. The structural analysis includes the calculation of loads, internal forces on the structure, and the design of individual load-bearing elements. The drawing section contains basic construction drawings and details. The appendices include thermal-technical assessments of the structural layers, including water vapour diffusion, the foundation design, the calculation and assessment of the roof truss structure, including the design of connecting elements, and catalogues of materials used, provided by manufacturers.
