Nástroje prostorové regulace v České Kamenici

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi aplikace nástrojů prostorové regulace v územním plánování na příkladu města Česká Kamenice. Teoretická část shrnuje legislativní rámec územního plánování, metody a význam prostorové regulace v urbanismu a ochraně přírodního a kulturního dědictví a popisuje koncepci plošné a prostorové regulace jak v ČR, tak ve světě. Analytická část se věnuje popisu České Kamenice z pohledu historického, přírodního a urbanistického rozvoje a popisuje současný stav regulace ve městě. Návrhová část se zaměřuje na konkrétní lokality města, zahrnující centrum městské památkové zóny a vybrané zastavitelné plochy, které jsou vymezeny v územím plánu města. Pro tyto plochy byla vytvořena koncepce plošné a prostorové regulace včetně regulačních výkresů. Výstupy práce mohou být využity jako podklady pro plánování udržitelného rozvoje města.

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of application of spatial regulation tools in spatial planning on the example of the town of Česká Kamenice. The theoretical part summarizes the legislative framework of spatial planning, methods and importance of spatial regulation in urban planning and protection of natural and cultural heritage and describes the concept of spatial and area regulation in the Czech Republic and worldwide. The analytical part describes Česká Kamenice in terms of historical, natural and urban development and describes the current state of regulation in the town. The design part focuses on specific locations of the town, including the centre of the town's conservation zone and selected developable areas, which are defined in the town's master plan. For these areas, a concept of area and spatial regulation has been developed, including regulatory drawings. The results of the work can be used as a basis for planning sustainable development of the city.
