Provedení a vyhodnocení citlivostní studie s geometrickými a materiálovými parametry jaderného paliva na reaktoru VR-1

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá citlivostní studií vlivu geometrických a materiálových parametrů na počítačový model aktivních zón školního reaktoru VR-1. Je obecně popsána problematika citlivostních studií vlivu geometrických a materiálových parametrů na neutronické výpočty. Model VR-1 v programu Serpent2 byl nejprve upraven na výchozí parametry a výpočtem kritických stavů bylo ukázáno, že neposkytuje dobrou shodu výpočtu s experimentem. Následně byly citivostní studií identifikovány parametry s největším vlivem na multiplikační faktor a byly nalezeny jejich hodnoty pro zlepšení shody s experimentem. Do upraveného modelu byla implementována možnost zadání unikátního materiálu paliva pro jednotlivé palivové elementy. Bylo ukázáno, že vliv této úpravy je malý. Dále byl zkoumán vliv posunu palivových elementů v rámci vůle mříže reaktoru a vliv prohození palivových elementů stejného typu lišící se pouze výrobním číslem, oboje s malým vlivem na výsledky.

This master's thesis is a sensitivity study of the influence of geometric and material parameters on the computer model of the active zones of the VR-1 university reactor. A general review of sensitivity studies regarding the influence of geometric and material parameters on neutronic calculations was provided. Then, the model of VR-1 in Serpent2 was adjusted to the default parameters, which showed that critical state calculations do not agree with experimental data. Subsequently, a sensitivity study identified parameters with major influence on the multiplication factor and their values were optimized to improve the agreement between calculations and experimental data. An option to specify a unique fuel material for each fuel element was implemented in the modified model. The effect of unique fuel materials was small. Furthermore, the effect of the displacement of the fuel elements within the reactor grid tolerance and the effect of swapping fuel elements of the same type differing only in serial number were investigated, both with minor effects on the results.
