Návrh řešení intranetu pro klub Silicon Hill v kontextu optimalizace procesů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem intranetu pro studentský klub Silicon Hill v kontextu optimalizace procesů. Práce se dále zaměřuje na význam efektivní komunikace ve zvolené neziskové organizaci a zkoumá, jak mohou moderní informační a komunikační technologie posílit tuto klíčovou oblast. Práce demonstruje implementaci Microsoft 365 u neziskové organizace v rámci navrhovaného intranetu, jehož řešení je provedeno na základě vyhodnocení strukturovaného rozhovoru s členy klubu na vyšších pozicích, který je realizován za účelem shromáždění námětů funkcionalit. Dílčím cílem práce je vyhodnotit analýzu spokojenosti s důrazem na zpětnou vazbu. Analýza je provedena v návaznosti na anonymní dotazníkové šetření mezi členy klubu. Podle nadprůměrných výsledků analýzy spokojenosti je organizaci doporučeno, aby řešení intranetu implementovala. Hlavním přínosem práce je navržení intranetu, který pomůže Klubu Silicon Hill podpořit jeho stávající procesy. Zároveň práce může posloužit jako návod pro další neziskové organizace, které zvažují zavedení intranetu na platformě Microsoft SharePoint.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an intranet for the Silicon Hill student club in the context of process optimization. The thesis also focuses on the importance of effective communication in the selected non-profit organization and explores how modern information and communication technologies can enhance this key area. The thesis demonstrates the implementation of Microsoft 365 at a non-profit organization within the proposed intranet, the design of which is based on the evaluation of a structured interview with upper management club members, which is conducted to gather functionality suggestions. A sub-objective of the paper is to evaluate the satisfaction analysis with emphasis on feedback. The analysis is carried out following an anonymous questionnaire survey among club members. According to the above average results of the satisfaction analysis, the organization is recommended to implement the intranet solution. The main contribution of the paper is to design an intranet that will help Silicon Hill Club to support its existing processes. At the same time, the thesis can serve as a guide for other nonprofit organizations that are considering implementing an intranet on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.
