Vliv přípravy vnitřních otvorů u hlubokotažných ocelí pro zkoušku dle Kobeho

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem přípravy vnitřních otvorů u hlubokotažných ocelí na zkoušku dle Kobeho. V teoretické části práce je popsána teorie tváření, zkoušky tvářitelnosti, tahová zkouška a technologie přípravy otvoru. Dále je popsána metoda vyhodnocení deformací pomocí optických metod. V praktické části se zabývá přípravou vzorků, jejich zkoušením pomocí zkoušky dle Kobeho a vyhodnocením deformací. Dále je stanovený vliv přípravy vnitřních otvorů a anizotropie pro zkoušku dle Kobeho.

This thesis focuses on the influence of the preparation of internal holes in deep-drawing steels for the Kobe test. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the theory of forming, formability tests, tensile test and hole preparation technology. The method of evaluating deformations using optical methods is also described. The practical part deals with the preparation of samples, their testing using the Kobe test and the evaluation of deformations. Furthermore, the influence of the preparation of internal holes and anisotropy for the Kobe test is determined.
