Špecifické požiadavky v zadávacej dokumentácií projektu riešeného metódou BIM

Abstract

Témou bakalárskej práce sú vybrané požiadavky investorov v zadávacích dokumentoch zákaziek riešených BIM metódou. V úvodnej, teoretickej, časti práce je vysvetlený základný koncept BIM metódy a jej implementácie v českom stavebnom priemysle. Následne je v práci bližšie špecifikovaná BIM zákazka o jednotlivé dokumenty zadávacej dokumentácie, prácu BIM koordinátora a procesy riadenia projektu z pohľadu dodávateľa. Prvú časť bakalárskej práce uzatvára hypotéza, ktorá uvádza vplyv požiadaviek na implementáciu BIM v zákazkách z pohľadu objednateľa a dodávateľa. Vychádza zo skúsenosti praxe v stavebnej firme. Praktická časť analyzuje relevantnosť a uskutočniteľnosť vybraných požiadaviek v BIM zákazkách spolu s návrhom ich optimalizácie.

The topic of bachelor’s thesis is the selected requirements of investors in the tender documents of contracts solved by the BIM method. In the introductory, theoretical part of thesis explains the basic concept of the BIM method and its implementation in the Czech construction industry. Subsequently, the thesis specifies in more detail the BIM contract regarding individual tender documents, the work of the BIM coordinator, and the project management processes from the perspective of the supplier. The first part of the thesis concludes with a hypothesis that discusses the impact of requirements, on the implementation of BIM in contracts from the perspective of the client and supplier, based on practical experience in a construction company. The practical part analyses the relevance and feasibility of selected requirements company.
