Možnosti implementace vnitřní výměny tepla v jednotce Wave

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vnitřní výměny tepla pro organický Rankinův cyklus s nízkým výkonem. Práce zahrnuje výběr výměníku pro vnitřní výměnu tepla, vypracování matematického modelu daného výměníku a celého cyklu za účelem technicko-ekonomického posouzení řešení při různých provozních režimech. Vliv způsobu zapojení vybraného výměníku do oběhu je analyticky zkoumán z pohledu účinnosti a při uvažování parametrů komponent stávajícího zařízení. Součástí práce je také technický návrh zapojení výměníku do stávajícího zařízení.

This thesis addresses the issue of internal heat exchange for the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) with low power output. The work includes the selection of a heat exchanger for internal heat exchange, the development of a mathematical model of the given exchanger, and the entire cycle for the purpose of technical-economic evaluation of the solution under different operating regimes. The impact of the selected exchanger's integration into the cycle is analytically examined from the perspective of efficiency and with respect to the parameters of the components of the existing equipment. The thesis also includes the technical design of the integration of the exchanger into the existing equipment.
