Konstrukční návrh a optimalizace výměníku tepla s ostrojením pro parní ohřev vzduchu v papírenském stroji

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom výmenníka tepla pre konkrétnu aplikáciu v priemysle. V teoretickej časti sa nachádza rešerš konštrukčných typov, použití výmenníkov tepla a teoretický základ pre výpočet návrhu výmenníka. Praktická časť pozostáva z tepelného, dilatačného, pevnostného a hydraulického výpočtu. Vybrané vstupné parametre výpočtu sú skúmané v citlivostnej analýze. Poslednou časťou práce je návrh časti parokondenzátneho systému s reguláciou výmenníka.

Diploma thesis deals with design of heat exchanger for specific applocation in the industry. There is recherche of design types, types of use and theoretical basis for calculation in the theoretical part of the thesis. Practical part comprises of heat, dilatation, strenght and hydraulic calculation. Selected input parameters are examined in sensitivity analysis. Last part of the work is partial design of steam-condensate system with heat exchanger control.
