Kadaň - urbanistická studie dostavby Špitálského předměstí

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistická studie dostavby a regenerace Špitálského předměstí a přilehlého nábřeží řeky Ohře v západočeské Kadani. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – část předdiplomovou, která řeší celkovou urbanistickou koncepci území, a část diplomovou, která se zabývá komplexním řešení veřejného prostranství a návrhem přilehlých objektů. V předdiplomové části je řešeno Špitálské předměstí přiléhající k centru města, které bylo historicky zastavěno, avšak v minulém století došlo k demolici většiny objektů a částečné dostavbě panelovými bytovými domy. Cílem bylo navrhnout koncepci dostavby předměstí, která bude respektovat významné panorama historického centra Kadaně a nenarušovat ráz městské památkové rezervace, ve které se celé řešené území nachází. Diplomový projekt se zabývá komplexním řešením veřejného prostranství od nově navrhovaného náměstí po Žateckou bránu. Zaobírá se funkčním a hmotovým řešením budov přilehlých k řešenému veřejnému prostoru. Projekt se zabývá základním dispozičním řešením vybraných objektů a komplexně navrhuje přilehlá veřejná prostranství.

The subject of the diploma thesis is an urbanistic study of the completion and regeneration of the Špitálské suburb and the adjacent embankment of the Ohře river in Kadan, West Bohemia. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - the pre-diploma part, which deals with the overall urban concept of the territory, and the diploma part, which deals with the comprehensive solution of the public space and the design of adjacent buildings. The pre-diploma part deals with the Špitálské suburb adjacent to the city center, which was historically built up, but in the last century most of the buildings were demolished and partially completed with panel apartment buildings. The aim was to propose a concept for the completion of the suburb, which will respect the important panorama of the historical center of Kadaň and not disturb the nature of the urban conservation reserve, in which the entire area is located. The diploma project deals with the comprehensive solution of the public space from the newly proposed square to the Žatecká Gate. It deals with the functional and material solution of buildings adjacent to the addressed public space. The project deals with the basic layout solution of selected objects and comprehensively designs adjacent public spaces.
