Praha Komořany

Abstract

Řešeným územím je lokalita Modřanských strojíren v Praze - Komořanech. Jedná se o oplocený výrobní areál vymezený ulicemi Komořanská a Do Koutů, ze severu pak přírodním parkem Modřanská rokle - Cholupice. Areál tvoří v podstatě třetinu rozlohy území Komořan a je bariérou omezující průchodnost sídla. V předdiplomové části je řešena územní studie celé lokality navrhující transformaci dnešního výrobního areálu na současnou městskou zástavbu. Impulsem k této proměně je plánované přivedení tramvajové trati do lokality. Předmětem diplomové práce je územní studie centrálního náměstí při ulici Komořanská a studie polyfunkční budovy jižně od nové páteřní komunikace s tramvajovou tratí. Veřejný prostor má potenciál být novým centrem Komořan a zároveň pomyslnou vstupní branou do nově navrhované zástavby. Studie obsahuje návrh náměstí včetně výběru dlažeb, mobiliáře a zeleně. Zároveň je řešen koncept dopravní, zelené a technické infrastruktury. Polyfunkční budova kombinuje soukromé bydlení v různém standardu, administrativní prostory a komerční prostory.

The area studied by the thesis is the Modřanské strojírny site in Prague - Komořany. It is a fenced production area located between Komořanská and Do Koutů streets, and by the Modřanská rokle - Cholupice nature park from the north. The area makes up around one third of the total area of Komořany and is a barrier limiting ease of passage through out the area. In the pre-diploma part, a territorial study of the entire site was solved, proposing a transformation of the manufacturing site into a current urban development plan. The impulse for this transformation is the proposed and planned introduction of a tram line into the area. The subject of the diploma thesis is a territorial study of the central square next to Komořanská street and a study of a multifunctional building south of the new main communion artery with a proposed tram line. The public space has the potential to be the new centre of Komořany and at the same time a gateway to the newly proposed development plan. The study includes a design of the square, including a selection of paving, furniture and greenery. At the same time, the concept of transportation, green and technical infrastructure is also being addressed. The multifunctional building combines private housing of various standards, administrative spaces and commercial spaces.
