Návrh a výroba části kolové skupiny

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou nosného dílu náboje kolové skupiny závodního vozu, typu Formula Student, pro tým eForce Prague Formula. V teoretické části jsou popsány funkce tohoto dílu v kolové skupině a jeho různá konstrukční provedení. V praktické části je popsán konstrukční návrh náboje. Návrh vychází z původního řešení z minulých let, přičemž byl kladen důraz na odstranění jeho předešlých nedostatků. Konstrukce je podložena analytickými výpočty a numerickými simulacemi v programu Ansys Mechanical. Součástí práce je i návrh výrobního postupu pro tento díl.

The purpose of this thesis is design and production of wheel hub of the wheel group for a Formula Student racing car, for the eForce Prague Formula team. The theoretical part describes the functions of this part in the wheel group and its various structural designs. The practical part describes the design of the hub. The design is based on the original design from previous years, with the focus on eliminating its previous shortcomings. The design is supported by analytical calculations and numerical simulations in Ansys Mechanical. The design of the manufacturing process for this part is also part of the work.
