Modulární theremin

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vysvětlením principů funkce bezdotykového hudebního nástroje theremin, založeného na směšování vysokofrekvenčních signálů, a následným návrhem, simulací a konstrukcí modulární verze thereminu, složené z jednotlivých analogových i digitálních částí, umožňujících změnu způsobu interakce s nástrojem, změnu výstupů a ovládání periferních zařízení.

This thesis focuses on explaining the functioning principles of the classical theremin, a contactless musical instrument based on heterodyning and demodulation of radio frequency signals. Furthermore, it focuses on the design and construction process of a modular theremin, consisting of both analog and digital parts, which change the way the theremin player interacts with the instrument and enable other inputs/outputs as well as control of other devices.
