Abstract

Cieľom práce je premena Dynamitky z miesta, ktoré je dlhé roky nevyužívané a predstavuje neatraktívny priestor Bratislavy, na štvrť plnú života a ekonomických príležitostí. Návrh sa venuje vytvoreniu príťažlivého a rozmanitého priestoru v hlavnom meste Slovenskej republiky, ktoré ponúkne kvalitné miesto pre život pre každého. Návrh urbanistického riešenia daného územia sa snaží zachovať hodnoty územia a jeho industriálny charakter. Snaží sa vhodnou funkčnou a priestorovou štruktúrou doplniť, a zhodnotiť areál Dynamitky tak, aby sa mohla stať osvetovým a investičným diamantom jednej z hlavných rozvojových osí Bratislavy.

The aim of the work is to transform Dynamitka from a place that has been unused for many years and represents an unattractive area of Bratislava, into a neighborhood full of life and economic opportunities. The proposal is devoted to the creation of an attractive and diverse space in the capital of the Slovak Republic, which will offer a quality place to live for everyone. The proposal for the urban solution of the given area tries to preserve the values of the area and its industrial character. It is trying to add a suitable functional and spatial structure and evaluate the Dynamitka area so that it can become an educational and investment diamond of one of the main development axes of Bratislava.
