Návrh intranetu pro vybranou firmu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vnitrofiremního prostředí intranet pro vybranou firmu v prostředí Microsoft SharePoint. Teoretická část seznámí s problematikou ICT a především intranetu. Jsou rozebrány výhody jeho využití v managementu a důležité kroky při jeho plánování a zavedení. Dále následuje seznámení se SharePointem, popis jeho možností a příklady využití společně s dalšími aplikacemi Microsoft. Na konci teoretické časti je porovnání SharePointu a jiného prostředí pro vytváření webů. Praktická část je věnována primárně vybrané firmě. Po stručném seznámení s firmou následuje studium interních procesů pomocí správy a analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vedoucími jednotlivých oddělení. Výsledkem analýzy je popis požadavků firmy k řešení nového intranetu. Další část je věnována popisu zpracovaného řešení. Závěrem práce je hodnocení zpracovaného návrhu a doporučení ke zlepšení. Hodnocení je včetně zpětné vazby ze strany firmy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an intranet for a selected company in MS SharePoint environment. The theoretical part introduces the issues of ICT and especially intranet. The advantages of its use in management and important steps in its planning and implementation are discussed. It is followed by an introduction to SharePoint, a description of its possibilities and examples of its use jointly with other Microsoft applications. At the end of the theoretical section, a comparison of SharePoint and the other one web development environment is presented. The practical part is devoted primarily to the selected company. A brief introduction to the company is followed by a study of the internal processes through the administration and analysis of semi-structured interviews with department heads. The analysis results in a description of the firm's requirements for a new intranet solution. The next section is devoted to a description of the developed solution. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the developed project and recommendations for improvement. The evaluation includes feedback from the company.
