Slaďování osobního, školního a pracovního života studentů středních odborných škol v Praze

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou slaďování osobního, školního a pracovního života u studentů středních odborných škol v Praze s cílem prozkoumat potřeby a podmínky slaďování, posoudit spokojenost a preference studentů týkající se studia a zaměstnání a navrhnout možné řešení pro zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Teoretická část vymezuje problematiku school-life balance a work-life balance zaměřenou na studenty. V praktické části se analyzuje pomocí vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření život studentů, jejich časové podmínky, priority, preference, potřeby a znalosti mezi studenty pražských středních odborných škol. Výsledkem jsou návrhy na zlepšení sladění work-life a school-life balance v rámci vybrané skupiny studentů.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of reconciliation of personal, school and work life among students of secondary vocational schools in Prague. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the needs and conditions of reconciliation, to assess the satisfaction and preferences of students regarding study and work and to propose possible solutions for improving the current situation. The theoretical part defines the issues of school-life balance and work-life balance aimed at students. The practical part analyses the life of students, their time conditions, priorities, preferences, needs and knowledge among students of Prague secondary vocational schools by means of the evaluation of a questionnaire survey. As a result of the bachelor thesis, suggestions for improving work-life and school-life balance within the selected group of students are presented.
