Abstract

Urbanistická studie města Polička se zabývá liniemi, body a plochami s důrazem na zahuštění, prostupnost a ozdravení města. Projekt reflektuje problematiku místních center a lokálních uzlů, které definuje, doplňuje a určuje jejich síť napojující centrum. Určuje plochy v návaznosti na centrum a doplňuje nové hmoty bydlení a městské vybavenosti, čímž dotváří celkový obraz města a určuje nové důležité propojení jednotlivých oblastí.

The urban study of the city of Polička deals with lines, points and areas with an emphasis on densification, permeability and healing of the city. The project reflects the issue of local centers and local nodes, which defines, complements and determines their network connecting the center. It determines areas in connection with the center and adds new masses of housing and urban amenities, thereby completing the overall image of the city and determining new important connections between individual areas.
