Konverze a site specific projekty pro účely divadla v industriálním prostředí

Abstract

V dizertačnej práci sa zaoberáme využitím priemyselného dedičstva pre funkciu divadla v podobe konverzií a site specific projektov. Skúmame vzájomné pôsobenie divadla a objektov, ktoré sú pre túto novú funkciu adaptované a na podklade prípadových štúdií analyzujeme možnosti vývoja divadla. Súčasne analyzujeme a definujeme benefity a limity plynúce z tohto spolupôsobenia novej funkcie a priemyselných a technických objektov a areálov. V závere výsledky bádania sumarizujeme a pripravujeme tak možnosť pre pokračovanie výskumu.

In this doctoral thesis we are concerned with the use of industrial heritage for the function of theatre in the form of adaptive reuse and site specific projects. We explore the interaction between the theatre and the objects that are adapted for this new function and analyse the possibilities of theatre development based on case studies. At the same time, we analyze and define the benefits and limits resulting from this interaction between the new function and industrial and technical buildings and sites. Finally, we summarize the results of the research and prepare the possibility for further research.
