Administrativní budova

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracovat projektovou dokumentaci administrativní budovy. Administrativní budova má jedno podzemní a čtyři nadzemní podlaží. Podzemní podlaží je ze železobetonu. Horní stavba je řešena jako dřevostavba, a její řešení je hlavní náplní projektu. Dřevostavba je konstrukčně navržena jako těžký skelet s nosnými prvky z lepeného lamelového dřeva. Projekt obsahuje technickou zprávu, statický výpočet a výkresovou dokumentaci včetně vybraných detailů. Technická zpráva obsahuje podrobný popis řešení administrativní budovy. Statický výpočet obsahuje návrh všech nosných konstrukčních prvků horní stavby, včetně ztužení budovy a spojů. Další částí statického výpočtu je předběžný návrh konstrukčního řešení 1.PP.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to prepare the project documentation of an office building. The office building has one underground and four above-ground floors. The underground floor is made of reinforced concrete. The upper building is designed as a wooden building, and its design is the main focus of the project. The timber building is structurally designed as a heavy skeleton with load-bearing elements made of glued laminated timber. The project includes a technical report, a static calculation and drawings including selected details. The technical report contains a detailed description of the design of the office building. The static calculation includes the design of all load-bearing structural elements of the upper structure, including the building reinforcement and connections. Another part of the static calculation is a preliminary design of the structural solution of the underground floor.
