| cze |
dc.description.abstract | The study deals with determining the stability and loading of the shoulder joint using a mathematical musculoskeletal model. On the basis of verification with experimental data, it is shown that for slow movement the muscle can be modeled as an ideal force generator. As part of the study, an original algorithm for wrapping muscles is created, which shows that existing models underestimate the effective moment arms of surface muscle forces. The study also assesses the influence of kinematics, joint geometry and the distribution of muscle forces on the stability of the shoulder joint. At the same time, the study brings the finding that the scapulo-humeral rhythm does not improve stability in the frontal plane, but in the transverse plane and does not even reduce the load on the shoulder joint. The study deals with the analysis of spasticity and muscle atrophy and shows that, unlike atrophy, spasticity significantly affects joint stability and load. | eng |
