Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na území dolních Košířů v okolí ulice Vrchlického, které nabízí významný potenciál pro rozvoj a zahuštění města a výstavbu nové obytné lokality. V rámci území vymezeného předdiplomním seminářem navrhuji cohousingový obytný blok. Návrh zkoumá odlišné přístupy ke společnému bydlení a kombinuje různou míru sdílení prostorů. Výstupem je soubor staveb, který reaguje na současné tendence v oblasti bytových staveb a zpřístupňuje a transformuje vágní a zanedbané území v okolí stávajících autosalónů.

The thesis focuses on the area of Košíře in the area of the Vrchlického Street, which offers a significant potential for the development and densification of the city and the construction of a new residential area. Within the defined area, the pre-diploma seminar proposes a cohousing residential block. The proposal explores different approaches to cohousing and combines varying amounts of shared space. The outcome is a group of buildings that responds to current trends in cohousing and opens up and transforms a vague and neglected area around existing car dealerships.
