Paper aims to investigate the significance of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signal and volume changes in organs at risk associated with the occurrence of late toxicity during head and neck radiotherapy. The main objective of this study is to systematically analyze the potential correlations between the dynamics of changes in MRI images and the corresponding dose parameters applied during radiotherapy treatment in an attempt to find associations that could provide important information for optimizing the treatment plan and minimizing side effects. The results of this study have the potential to provide important insights to the medical profession regarding the interpretation of the relationship between changes in MRI images and dose parameters during head and neck radiotherapy. The identified correlations between these changes and dose parameters could serve as a basis for the development of radiotherapy rescheduling strategies, which could ultimately improve clinical outcomes and reduce the toxicity of these treatments.
