Vliv výchozích podmínek na adaptabilitu industriálních staveb

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá popisem nevyužitých industriálních staveb a areálů, které jsou nedílnou součást historie a průmyslového dědictví v České republice. Tyto stavby tvoří značný potenciál pro nové využití formou konverze, která může prodloužit či obnovit životnost těchto staveb. Nové využití industriálních staveb je základním předpokladem disertační práce. Pro kvalitní využití těchto staveb je důležité správně popsat jejich stávající stav, ten vyhodnotit a určit, jaký mají, na základě tohoto stavu, industriální stavby potenciál k novému využití. Tato disertační práce tedy popisuje, jak identifikovat stav ve kterém se stavby nacházejí, jak jej vyhodnotit a jak podle něho odhadnout příležitosti a potenciály nového využití industriálních staveb. Stav, ve kterém se v současnosti stavby nacházejí je v této disertační práci popsán jako výchozí podmínky industriálních staveb. Tyto výchozí podmínky industriálních staveb jsou doloženy na případových studiích z tuzemska i zahraničí. Výstupem disertační práce je doporučení, jak s těmito výchozími podmínkami pracovat a využít je ve prospěch zachování průmyslového dědictví případně pro konverzi industriálních staveb.

The dissertation deals with the description of unused industrial buildings and premises, which are an integral part of the history and industrial heritage in the Czech Republic. These buildings create considerable potential for new use in the form of conversion, which can extend or renew the life of these buildings. The new use of industrial buildings is the basic premise of the dissertation. For the high-quality use of these buildings, it is important to correctly describe their current condition, evaluate it and determine the potential of industrial buildings for new use based on this condition. This dissertation therefore describes how to describe the state in which the buildings are located, how to evaluate it and how to estimate the opportunities and potentials of new use of industrial buildings according to it. The current state of the buildings is described in this dissertation as the default conditions of industrial buildings. These initial conditions of industrial buildings are documented in case studies from the country and abroad. The output of the dissertation is a recommendation on how to work with these default conditions and use them for the benefit of the preservation of industrial heritage or for the conversion of industrial buildings
