The individual radiosensitivity of tumors is a parameter that fundamentally affects radiotherapy treatment. Knowledge of radiosensitivity could be beneficial for the indication of radiotherapy treatment and overall could improve the effectiveness of the treatment. In order to determine the radiosensitivity, a clonogenic assay of three cell lines U251, A172 and T98G was performed. The radiosensitivity of these cell lines is evaluated using three survival curves. According to the results, the A172 cell line was evaluated as the most radiosensitive. According to the resulting survival curves, the radiosensitivity of the U251 and T98G cell lines is lower. The influence of other factors on radiosensitivity, such as the patient's age and health status, is discussed.
