Posouzení vlivu letectví na turismus regionů

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá posouzením vlivu letectví na turismus regionů. Řeší, zda lze nějaký vliv vysledovat nebo zda se jedná o na sobě nezávislé veličiny. Turismus je brán v bakalářské práci nejen z pohledu statistiky, ale také jako ekonomické odvětví, tedy součást národních ekonomik, k posouzení se využívají oficiální data jako počty zahraničních turistů, kteří přilétají do daných zemí a počty domácích turistů, kteří odlétají do jiných zemí, HDP na obyvatele, průměrné mzdy a další, zpravidla publikovaná evropským statistickým úřadem či OECD. Regiony se chápou jako jednotlivé státní útvary. K posouzení se využívají běžné statistické metody, výpočet korelačního koeficientu a test normality dat, test významnosti. Dále se práce snaží odhadnout růst finančního přínosu ekonomice z nárůstu turismu vznikajícího ze změn objemu letecké dopravy v daných zemí. Výsledkem práce je posouzení vlivu letectví na turismus z pohledu statistik a ekonomie.

This thesis assesses the impact of airline activities on regional tourism. It tries to see whether any influence can be observed or whether airline activities and regional tourism are independent variables. In this bachelor’s thesis, tourism is not only considered as statistical data, but also as an economic sector, i.e a part of the national economies. For the assessment, it uses official data such as the number of arriving foreign tourists, number of departing domestic tourists, GDP per capita, average wages and other, commonly published by the European Statistical Office or OECD. Regions are understood as individual countries. Common statistical methods, such as Pearson’s correlation coefficient and data normality test, significance tests are used throughout the thesis. Furthermore, the thesis tries to estimate the growth of the financial benefit to the economies, from the increase in tourism, originating in the changes of air traffic volumes. The result of the thesis is an assessment of the aviation impact on regional tourism through the statistical and economic lens.
