CNC výroba kalených součástí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výroby kalených součástí. Zaměřuje se na využití tvrdého soustružení. Pojednává o principu této technologie, o jejích výhodách, řezných materiálech a strojích. V dalších kapitolách se zabývá způsoby upínání na soustruzích a programováním CNC soustruhů. V praktické části je realizována výroba kalené součásti pomocí tvrdého soustružení. Vytváří se a optimalizuje výrobní postup, volí se vhodné nástroje a řezné podmínky. V CAM softwaru je naprogramován program pro obrábění. Výsledkem je výroba součásti a měření dosažených drsností.

This bachelor thesis deals with the production of hardened components. It focuses on the use of hard turning. It discusses the principle of this technology, its advantages, cutting materials, machines. In the following chapters it deals with the methods of clamping on lathes and programming of CNC lathes. In the practical part, the production of hardened parts by hard turning is realized. The production process is developer and optimalized, suitable tools and cutting conditions are selected. The CNC program is programmed in the CAM software. The result is the production of the component and the measurement of the roughness achieved.
