Výskyt dutin v pájených spojích pro elektrotechniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části věnuje legislativě, typům pájení a metodám testování kvality pájeného spoje. Praktická část se poté zabývá návrhem, výrobou a RTG inspekcí zkušebních vzorků. dle normy ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C. Při výrobě byl využit jeden teplotní profil a dvě bezolovnaté pasty podobného složení. V závěru práce je provedena analýza získaných dat, vyhodnocení identifikovaných anomálií a zhodnocení výsledků.

Master's thesis deals in the theoretical part with legislation, types of soldering and methods of testing the quality of soldered joints. The practical part then deals with the design, manufacture and X-ray inspection of test specimens according to the ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C standard. One temperature profile and two lead-free pastes of similar composition were used in the fabrication. The paper concludes with an analysis of the data obtained, an evaluation of the anomalies identified and an assessment of the results.
