Kontrola namáhání hlavy válce vodíkového zkušebního motoru

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je kontrola namáhání hlavy válce pro vodíkový experimentální motor. Namáhání je vyhodnoceno na základě teplotní a strukturální analýzy v softwaru PTC Creo 4.0. Práce popisuje tvorbu jednotlivých analýz a uvádí jejich dílčí výsledky. Úvodní část práce je věnována spalování vodíku ve spalovacím motoru, sdílení tepla a základům metody konečných prvků. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky a uvedeny doporučení pro zvýšení životnosti.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to check the cylinder head stresses for a hydrogen experimental engine. The stresses are evaluated based on thermal and structural analysis in PTC Creo 4.0 software. The thesis describes the development of the individual analyses and presents their partial results. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to hydrogen combustion in an internal combustion engine, heat transfer and the basics of the finite element method. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results are evaluated and recommendations are given to increase the lifetime.
