Stavebně technologický projekt - Vilapark Klamovka

Abstract

Hlavním obsahem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu dle projektu Vilapark Klamovka, který se nachází v Praze. Jedná se o druhou část Obytného souboru Klamovka, jehož první část objekt A byla již postavena a tato práce se jí nezabývá. Objekt B obsahuje čtyři bytové věže se společným suterénem. V této práci jsou zpracovány věže B3 a B4, jelikož věže B1 a B2 byly postaveny v předešlé etapě. Autor posuzuje zadanou projektovou dokumentaci a časovou, prostorovou a technologickou strukturu výstavby bytových domů. Náplní této práce je technologický rozbor, technologický normál, časoprostorový graf, harmonogram, grafy využití strojů, pracovníků a materiálů, výkresy zařízení staveniště, technologická schémata, rozbor dopravních procesů a technologické postupy pro dva procesy. Autor se také věnuje návrhu zdvihacího prostředku a zpracovává technickou zprávu zařízení staveniště.

The main content of this Bachelor thesis is processing of the construction technology design of the Vilapark Klamovka which is situated in Prague. It is about second stage of Living complex Klamovka which first part object A has been already built and this thesis does not solve it. Object B consists of four apartment buildings with common basement. There are processed apartments B3 and B4 in this thesis because apartments B1 and B2 were built in previous stage. The author deals with accuracy of the project documentation and temporal, spacial and technological structure of the construction of these four buildings. This thesis contains the technological analysis sheet, the technological normal, the space-time chart, the schedule, the machines, workers and materials graphs of the exploitation, the drawings of the construction site equipment, technological schemes, the analysis of the transport processes and technological processes for two processes. The author also solves the design of the lifting equipment and processes the technical report for the construction site equipment.
